We have incorporated the latest CNC lathing technology, in order to obtain complete control on the final result of the contact lenses and optics manufactured, providing polish free surfaces. The calibration of the machines involved in manufacturing is performed daily, using sensitive optical and laser sensors, with a few nanometers precision. The lathing process has been designed in a way that human factor does not interfere, as well as eliminating human handling.
The optical surface lathing is performed by specially elaborated diamonds, controlled with high magnification microscopy.
THE RESULT:
Adopting the above technology, we guarantees the final precision in manufacturing in the range of 2 to 5 microns.
