The validation of the contact lenses and optics manufactured in EYEART has special importance for our production line.
The CNC technology used, is calibrated daily to 100 nm limit.
Adopting this manufacturing precision of lens power, diametre and curvatures, the final products gain 2 microns of accuracy.
The quality control of each lens, is performed individually using high magnification and Moire deflectometry in order to measure the optical precision, the radii of curvatures and diameter but also to validate the optical quality.
The above tests are performed electronically for the whole range of the optical zone, excluding misleading interpretations due to human factor.
